Privacy & Security

  • Raw email content is never stored. Only AI-generated summaries (one sentence each) are saved.
  • For calendar events, only metadata (title, attendees, time) is stored — not full event descriptions.
  • Only emails and meetings involving contacts already in your system are tracked.
  • Team members can see who last contacted a company and when, but cannot read the original emails.
  • Google access uses read-only permissions. The app cannot send, modify, or delete emails or calendar events.
